// Is this actually no credit check?
Yes. TrustPay uses open-banking affordability — no hard search runs against your credit file. Your score is unaffected.
// Will I be approved with a CCJ, default or IVA?
Very likely. Historical adverse credit isn't a disqualifier. TrustPay looks at what you can afford now, based on live bank data.
// What is the APR?
0% APR representative across every plan. No interest, no arrangement fees. The sticker price is what you pay, split monthly.
// How does delivery work?
Once approved and your plan is confirmed, your laptop ships free to any UK address and arrives within 10 working days.
// Do I need a deposit?
No deposit on the majority of plans. Some higher-spec models may ask for a small first payment — this is shown before you commit.
// Can I settle early?
Yes. You can clear the remaining balance at any time with no penalty and no interest saving — because there's no interest to save.
// Do you accept Universal Credit / benefits as income?
Yes. Benefit income is counted in the TrustPay affordability check.
// Is my laptop covered by warranty?
Every laptop ships with a minimum 12-month warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies for HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS and Apple models.
// What if I miss a payment?
Contact TrustPay support — they'll work with you on a short payment holiday or plan reshape. No default is registered without notice.
// Is laptopsbadcredit.co.uk the lender?
No. We're a marketing site. Finance is provided and regulated by TrustPay.
